My wife and I will be visiting Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland in June and July 2016. I read in the Ireland Reaching Out web site that I should post about our visit and someone might meet us. I have found that my 5x gr-grandfather, JOHN MURPHY, was born in County Tyrone in 1746. I don't have a specific location. Further reseach has suggested that his father, THOMAS, may have been married to a Greer, possibly from Redford, Grange, just north of Moy. We will be staying one night, 22 June, in the Grange area. We will be in Belfast the night before and Omagh the night after.
Any of your volunteers would be most welcome, especially someone famiiar with the Grange area. I can provide more detail on our plans via personal message or email.
