Hi Tommy
Here's Mary's baptism record from www.rootsireland.ie/:

Father:Thomas DoyleMother:Mary DunbarOccupation:Sponsor 1 /
Informant 1:James DoyleSponsor 2 /
Informant 2:Frances ReillyIn case no family members respond to your message, there are 90 Doyles in Wexford in the Irish phone book including 1 in Enniscorthy. We are not permitted to send the details on the site but the Irish phone book is http://www.118.ie/. Perhaps if you write to the Enniscorthy one they might know something.
If you can't find it send me another email address and I'll send it there.
