James Hill b 1890 son of Thomas and Annie Eliza (nee McNair). James born 1890 and brothers, David born 1883, Thomas born 1885, Mathew George born 1892, all went to Australia. Samuel stayed in Ireland. I'm not sure about Robert, he may have gone to America . Thomas jnr had 5 children in Australia and James had 6 in Australia.
Mother Annie died and Thomas then married Sarah (nee Johnston)
James had half siblings, William, Robinson and Minnie in Ireland.
I am descendant of James through his daughter Sylvia.
I believe Thomas Hill Snr had a very large family. 16 brothers and sisters. Brothers David, Thomas, John, George, Matthew, Robinson, William John and sisters Janet, Margaret, Sara Jane, Isabella, Elizabeth, Agnes, Mary, Martha and Anne.
Looking for other family who may be able to fill out our family tree. (Although with this number of decendants in just 2 generations it may be more of a forest than a tree.)
