I found someone in my family tree named James McGee (born in Ireland in 1808, death unknown, place of birth unknown). He had a daughter nemed Lucinda McGee. Any relation?

My family tree has James Magee b. 1786 married to Nancy/Ann Barrett had 8 children first born James Magee b. 1821 left Ireland on the Scotland from Liverpool to NYC he married Sara Moore on Long Island any relation? Don't know where in Ireland the came from.
