I am looking for information on Patrick Joseph Slattery who arrived in New haven, connecticut USA in 1848. He was from the Townland of Herbertstown in the Parish of Kilcullane Limerick. He is buried in New Haven Connecticut.

The Griffiths Valuation survey was conducted in Co. Limerick in 1853. There were a number of Slattery head of households in Kilcullane parish including a few in Herbertstown. I have also included the 1901 and 1911 census records for a William Slattery family in Herbertstwon. Not sure of any connection to your Patrick.

Roger: Thank you for the information. I will pursue the sites.. Patrick Joseph slattery would be very proud of his 40 relatives living in the United States. I hope to visit Herbetstown very soon. I have been to Ireland many times but never to Herbetstown.Thank you Appianway123
