Kelly & Harkin in O'Callahan Mills or near about

i am the parish liaison for Tulla which is right beside O'Callaghan's Mills.  I will be happy to meet you and do a quick search for you to see if there are any graves, homestead, etc.  you can contact me at tulla@irelandxo.com.

if you go into the Clare County Library website, you will see a number of resources available to you for research.  You might find the Tithe Applotment Books a good place to start s they cover the 1820's and Daniel Kelly's name might be in them.  

I will do some research from this side next week and let you know.

Hi:

I just did a very quick search on the library website and I noticed that there are Kelly's in several places in the Mills era at that time.  There is still a family there by that name, but I'm not sure if they would be related.  I will look into that for you.  As to the Harkin side, there was a Harkin family in Ballinahinch in the Tithe Applotment book (which is very close to the Mills).  Leave it with me, and I will see what I can find out.
