Perhaps you could try looking in church records in Artrea to see if you can find any information that would help you confirm it as the parish of origin.

Most Catholic records are held locally so you may need to write to the local parish priest for possible assistance. One website that you may find useful is the Irish Times where they give an overview of what records are available in specific parishes. It also shows you where copies of the records are available. My Great Great Grandfather was John Burnett and he was born in 1816 in Ireland. He and his wife Sarah are in Canadian census of 1851. They have a son Martin at that time. They lived near what is Ottawa today. In 1860 they and their family along with other Irish moved to Waterford, Iowa USA.  I dont know if this is the same John Burnett (son of Andrew) from above, but Co. Tyrone seems to have the most Burnetts in Ireland.

I am attaching a pdf file it contains the census data of 1851 in Napean county Canada. My greatgrandfather John Burnett and his wife and kid are shown there. Their first born kid Martin is 5 on this 1851 census. Thus they probably emigrated to Canada in 1845-6. I dont think this John Burnett is the son of Andrew Burnett from above, because he is in Canada, not South Carolina.
