Dear Mary Ellen, please check previous posts on the County Kerry Board as there are others searching for O' Shea relatives. Wouldn't it be fun if you found a cousin!
Re. your own family, I can't help at all unless you give me further information.
There are 648 O'Shea's listed in the 1901 census
Do you have a townland name? Births/Marriages etc?
Looking forward to hearing from you
Martine

Dear Mary Ellen,
My great grandfather was Eugene Cournane and his sister was Ellen Cournane from Castlegregory. She married Michael Shea in February 1867 and they farmed and brought up their family in Farrantaun, Castlegregory, Co. Kerry. I would have some information on the Shea's of Farrantaun if we are talking about the same people.
Who were your Shea ancestors?
Hope to hear back from you.
John.
