I have just come back from a week in Dublin looking for Thomas and Margaret who lived in Nunnery Road ( now Convent Road) in Dalkey Commons 1870. There son Michael (my Grt Grandfather) married Annie Moore at St Josephs in Glasthule 1871. Can any one help please?

Their names are Thomas and Margaret Maguire. They had a son Michael who married Annie Moore in 1871 at St Josephs. They then had my Grandfather St John ( Sidney) 1872 (Baptised at the church in Castle Street,) who in 1875 came on to Australia with 3 children. Then Sidney came to New Zealand in the late 1800's and here we are. Any info would be gratefully received as I am returning to Dublin this year in September. Cheers Sharon.

Thank you for this. Margarets name was Fitzpatrick. I have found them now living in Werburgh Street in Dublin city in 1872. It was Michael and Annie Moore. Michael was a Baker they were living at Convent Road in 1872. Griffiths Valuation. Any thing that could lead me to where they came from would be such a help.
