I am looking for family of Timothy Mahoney & spouse Mary O'Sullivan whose daughter Frances Mahoney left Ireland in 1863/4 boubnd for Queensalnd Australia Frances married in Australia and had 6 children.

Thanks for your message. It will be easier to find information on the family if you can narrow down place of origin to a parish.
You could try using the land records pertaining to Ireland in the 19th century to do this. There are two:
The Tithe Applotment Books (1823-1838) found at http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/search/tab/home.jsp
and Griffith?s Valuation (1848-1864) found at http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/
Also, did you know that Catholic records from Co. Kerry are available online free of charge at http://churchrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/ You may be able to find something there.
