Church records from Co. Kerry are available free of charge on the Irish Genealogy website. I did a quick search for the marriage of Thomas O'Shea to Ellen in 1859 and found this record:

Unfortunately there is not much recorded on the record. However, it does give you a parish of Annascaul which should help with your research. Traditionally Irish Catholic weddings took place in the bride?s parish of origin so it is likely that Ellen at least came from this parish. It also gives you the names of the witnesses.
Do you know the name of any of their children? Perhaps you could also try searching for them in the hope of finding more information.
Catholic records from the parish of Annascual (also known as Ballanvohir) start as early as 1809 so hopefully you will be able to find something.
