Searching for information about Patrick Flanagan born abt 1813, married to Sarah Davenport. Their son, Martin Francis, born 1852, immigrated to New York shortly after marrying Frances Ann (Fanny) Martin. I do not know where in Clare they came from nor have I found any immigration records. Any help is appreciated.

What I would suggest that you do is to visit the Clare Library website at www.clarelibrary.ie/eolas/genealogy/genealog.htm. They have a lot of online resources that you will be able to go through. There are donated transcriptions of baptisms, marriages, and deaths and you can look at specific areas to try to narrow down your search.
