A few of our family will be visiting Ireland in early June and we are hoping to be able to locate the properties and burial places for our Toner family members.
Toners lived at Derryharney and Derryhowlaght (East) - reference Griffith Valuation , 1901 and 1911 Census records. Names (1862) Charles Toner (Derryharney) and Thomas Toner (Derryhowlaght East) - Griffith Valuation. Siblings John and Mary Toner (Derryharney) and Ann Toner (Derryhowlaght / East) 1901 and 1911 .
i have attempted to view the maps based on the Griffith Valuation records however am struggling to locate these properties/land parcels.
any assistance would be appreciated.

Charles Toner?s farm in Derryharney was plot 9. That was a farmhouse, outbuildings and 25 acres, on the shores of Derryhowlaght lough. He also had 5 acres of woodland (plot 7). That farm today is just along the road from Aghnacar Guest House, near Carrybridge.
The revision books show the farm changed to John Toner in 1871. He evidently died in 1922:

Thomas Toner?s property in Derryhowlaght East was plot 5 which was a farm, outbuildings and 21 acres. He also had another 6 acres of woodland (plot 8). It remained in his name till 1896 when it changes to Ann Toner, suggesting he died then.
Derryhowlaght East is the next townland along to Derryharney. Plot 5 is about 500 yards from the Derryharney property. Continue south from it past the old gate house, and after another few hundred yards the farm is on the east side of the road. You are probably best advised to get either a large scale map, or someone with local knowledge. You can get a copy of the Griffiths townland map from the local studies section at Enniskillen library. Satnav won?t help you as townlands aren?t listed.

i was given a draft of a will found in my paternal grandfather's personal effects showing the properties went to John Toner's nephew and my paternal grandfather Francis John Toner and his wife Harriett Louise Reynolds. Is it possible to obtain a copy of the official will and if so where?

Yes. The original of the will, together with the executors oaths, any valuations and a summary of the estate should be held by PRONI in Belfast. They are free to access if you go in person. If you cannot do that, you can e-mail PRONI and they will copy them, for a fee.
Ideally PRONI need the deceased?s name, date of death address and date and place of probate (21st June 1922, Belfast), all of which you have.
