The children are Mary 1892 Honora 1894 & Alice Bridget 1896 - no John however.

There are 3 baptism records of John Cleary in Limerick with father Daniel but none with mother Honor Casey

They are 1818, 1824 & 1890 none of which fit with your John!

Family Search has a birth of a John Clary with father Daniel in Limerick in 1847 but theree are no other details!

Not sure if the Stanton tree on ancestry is yours but it has John's birth in "Carrigeen(now Monabrack) Mountain Galtee Mountains Kilbeheny Limerick"

It also has John's wife as a Casey Mary Frances (Moll) Casey born 1855 so  could there be some confusion here?

Definitely may be some confusion. The actual documents we have found regarding John Cleary are the birth cert from 1921 of his daughter Elizabeth (Betty), my husband's mother.  It lists John as her father on Dorset street in Dublin.  Living family members recall the family living on Dorset street early on.  We believe we have found the right Cleary Family in the 1901 and 1911 census records with Daniel and Honora or Honoria as parents, both listed as from Limerick County.  John, and an older brother Thomas and sister mary Kate, Honora and Alice are listed as being born in Limerick or co. Limerick.  The younger of 13 children were born after they arrived in Dubli around 1898.   Trying to determine if we have the correct John Cleary line.
