Looking for info. on John Coakley who married Ellen Murphy and their family.  They are parents of John Joseph Coakley, born about 1853 Bandon, who emigrated to Melbourne Australia in 1874.

    Baptism Timy Coakley3rd November 1850 Sponsors Tim Reardon & Ellen Murphy. Both parents are John Coakley & Ellen Murphy.

    Cannot see a marriage in Bandon for parents. Regards Frances

  • my grd father timothy murphy born in 1847 had a sister ellen who married john coakley in 1867....i dont know if we r related but she is list in the 1901 census in cork as a widow and living with my grd father....there were six murphy children....i would love to find a cousin as i am a murphy decendent

  • my grd aunt was ellen murphy coakley born in 1843 married john coakley in 1867 she was the dtr of timothy murphy and julia halloran....she lived with my grd father in 1901 as a widow ....i was unable to find her in 1911...i dont know if this is  who r looking for but i would love to find a relative related to ellen coakley
