Thank you Roger,
I really wish I had more information relating to my Great Grandparents, James Brogan and Margaret Cavanagh,
This is all I know James was Born about 1820 in County Clare and Margaret about 1823.
One of their children (James Brogan 11) who was my mothers dad, was born in Ogonnelloe
about 1861,at the age of 24, he sailed from plymouth to Sydney Australia arriving on the 3/2/1885.
My Grandfather James 11, siblings were,Mary born 1854,Catherine,1858,Bridget 1862,Michael 1868aly
and Margaret, 1872. Grandfather arrived in Australia aboard the ship called, Gulf of Venice.
Sadly he died when my mother was just a child, I never had the chance to find information
about his parents. I am very thankful to you Regards Lorna
