Keaveney Ancestors

I am searching for ancestors of the above surname. My great-grandfather was born approx. 1884-86. His name was Michael Patrick Keaveney. According to Michael Patrick's marriage certificate, his father's name was also Michael. He was a blacksmith. He was deceased by 1882.

Michael Patrick emigrated to Liverpool, then Manchester, but I don't know in what year. He married Ellen Cosgrove in Manchester in Feb. 1882. They had 8 children, one of whom was my grandfather.
