My Great-grandfather John Boyhan was baptised in !844 in the Parish or District of Summerhill, according to a record I have located. So was his brother Patrick in 1842. I wonder where the nearest Roman Catholic church was in 1844, and whether it was in the parish of Agher. Any help would be appreciated.

Regarding the Catholic Church at that time, it was located in the townland of Agher in Agher civil parish.
