I'm looking for information about the Keleher family in the Peterswell area especially John Keleher who left Ireland for Australia about 1878.

Can you supply an approximate birth year for John please.
There are no Kelehers in the 1821 Irish Census & Galway is not included in the 1831, 41 or 51.
No luck in Griffiths Valuation 1848 - 64 but the Tithe Applotments (free at http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/) have these 2 in Kilthomas

Hello Col, thanks for the John Keleher info. I think John Keleher born 31/7/1856 is probably right as his father is John and his mother is Mary Managan which is close to Manning on his death certificate. If their are brothers and sisters by the same parents that would be a bonus.
