  • Denise,

Tradition was to marry in the bride’s church. St Nicholas’s in Liverpool is Church of England. http://www.livpc.co.uk So that would suggest that Susanna Parker was of that denomination (at least when she married). You say she was born in Belfast. In Ireland, C of E is Church of Ireland. The main Church of Ireland church in Belfast was St Anne’s. Their records go back to the 1600s and are on-line on the Ulster Historical Foundation site (pay to view) and on rootsireland (subscription). You could search for her baptism there (and perhaps also her parents marriage).
