SAWEY and MAY Families, County Down, Kilcoo Parish 1771

Looking for any family connections to my John SAWEY and Catherine McKENNY.  He was born abt. 1771.  My Patrick SAWEY born abt. 1795 or 1796 emigrated to the USA sometime around 1821 (or perhaps a bit earlier).  I first found him in the state of Missouri where he marriaged a Catherine MAY, whose father, was also of County Down.  Her parents had been in Pennsylvania prior to going to Missouri.  I do not know if these two families came over the same time or if the MAY family came over earlier.  My Patrick SAWEY was in business as a grocer in St. Louis, Missouri with a Michael BYRNES (or BURNS).  I'm not sure if they were any kin or not.  There was a GORMAN who was a God-Parent at one or more of their children's baptism at the Cathedral in St. Louis, 1822, 1824, and 1826.  They later left Missouri and came to Texas about 1828.  Texas is where I live and all my line of SAWEYs were originally born here.  A John McMULLEN became a guardian of Patrick SAWEY's daughter after she became an orphan in Texas.  The MAY family took in the boys.  Any info concerning the SAWEYs or MAYs or other possible connections would be greatly appreciated.
