The marriage actually occurred in Sixmilebride RC parish which is to the southwest of Killaloe. See below. Likely that was the parish for Catherine. Find My Past and Ancestry have developed an integrated data base of RC parish church records. This is particularly important for Co. Clare research because up to now, Roots Ireland (subscription site) only has 7 of the 47 RC parishes in Clare. Now we have access to all the records. FMP is providing this info for free until at least until the 7th (maybe longer) and Ancestry till the end of the month.

I did find the baptismal record for young Thomas in 1846 in Killaloe. You can use the FMP data base or go through the parish register using the link that Elwyn provided.
