I have information about Charles Cowan's parents and siblings. Charles was born abt 1868 in Townland of Legaginny, emigrated to N.Y.C Abt 1882, settled on Staten Island. I am happy to share any info I have. His parents were John Cowan and Fanny Weir (Wier).
