Greetings from the U.S.
My gggrandmother, Johanna Bryan, married Michael Keating on 26 April 1822 at Kill, Rossmore.
They proceeded to have three children at Kill, County Waterford:
Catherine Keating 10 November 1823
Richard Keating 04 April 1826
Edmund Keating 14 October 1833
Their next child was born in Newtown, County Waterford
Johanna A. Keating 25 December 1838
The last child (that I could find) was born in Trinity Without, County Waterford
Mary Keating 22 July 1841
It just seems rather odd to me that this family would have moved around so much.
I cannot learn the father's occupation, other than from Johanna Keating's 1864 marriage certificate (in Cardiff, Wales, no less!) that her father was a tailor, now deceased.

Welcome back!
Hopefully others will comment who are more local. I think based on the parish registers that Newton and Kill/Rossmore were the same parish. http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/1110 Maybe there was a new chapel in Newtown and they took their fourth child there for baptism.The father then moved the family to Waterfod city for a better tailoring opportunity.
