Hello, any information on my great-great grandparents James Flaherty and his wife Ellen McNamara and their children would be most appreciated. They possibly came from Tullagh. They immigrated with their six children to Victoria, Australia in 1854. Their children’s names and ages at immigration were John 20, Patrick 18, Mary 18, Bridget 14, Ellen 10 and Hannah 4. thank you for your message to the Ireland XO message board post. I believe that I have the family found for you. It appears that James & Ellen had 4 children in Tulla. They resided in the area of Derrafada which is the town land of TYREDAGH Upper. You might email me as my own McNamara family were from the same town land.
