I'll be looking for family, Dillon, records. Where is Breanshabeg, that's where the family, John Dillon and Johanna Meade, lived. Excited to come and visit.

The only Breanshabeg I have been able to locate in Co. Tipperary is Breansha Beg townland (placename database) in Clonpet civil parish near to Tipperary town in the west of the county. The 1901 census includes a Dillon household at Breansha Beg townland consisting of Widow Johanna, two of her adult children John & Anne, plus three servants.
The GRO death records include a possible match for husband/father John's death in 1891, residence is recorded as 'Brenshabeg' in Tipperary (town) registration district and the informant is his son John.
Griffith's Primary Valuation, dated 1851 for this area, shows a John Dillion with a house, offices and land of just over 45 acres in Breanshabeg townland.

Dear son10thmtn:
Thank you for your messagte to the Ireland Reaching Out message board.
As shanew147 noted, Tipperary town may be the area that you should focus on during your trip. I will forward this post to several of our volunteers and someone may be able to offer some guidance and assistance.
Kind regards,
Jane.
