Are there any Baynes living in County Mayo now?
I am coming to Ireland late Sept. 2019. Looking for Baynes family in County Mayo, I am descendent of Patrick Baynes, parish Aglish, townland of Derrycoosh, born March 6, 1818, parish Oughaval, he married Mary Higgins born about 1825, died June 8, 1894 (parents I think were Charles Higgins & Mary) Patrick died Jan. 11, 1901 in Blue Earth County, Minnesota USA
John & Anthony Baynes brothers to Patrick, parish Aglish, townland of Derrycoosh They all migrated to USA in 1857. Their father's name was Martin Baynes and mother Bridget.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I assume you know that Patrick Baynes died in 1903 https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1903/05667/4596051.pdf The only child living with him was his unmarried daughter Cecelia and she is shown in the 1911 census http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Mayo/Cloonkeen/Derrycoosh/717190/
I was unable to find a marriage or death record for Cecelia.
From the subscription site Roots Ireland, I located baptismal records for five children of Patrick Baynes and Anne/Nancy Rabbit: Thomas 1845 John 1848 Michael 1850 Cecelia 1855 Mary 1858

Your reply is not my Patrick he died Jan. 11, 1901 in Blue Earth County, Minnesota USA and he did not have a daughter Cecelia that I am aware of. What you found must be a different Patrick Baynes. I attached his children and dates. Thanks

Thanks! I missed the comment in your original message about Blue Earth MN. You are correct, I picked up another Patrick Baynes from Derrycoosh.
