Hello Roger,
At the current time i dont have her name or my grandfathers parish in County Kerry
I am gathering info regarding him being a member of the RIC And was stationed in east Galway and
Dublin Castle, joined 1914 and then retired in 1922. his father was a john sullivan and was a farmer.
Any help advice would be good.

John:
There were 27 John Sullivan civil birth records in Co. Kerry in 1889. Only four had a father named John and the date of births were no where near July 4--October, December, January. It is possible that his birth year was 1888 or 1887 or even 1890 or 1891. I looked at those years and no records around July 4th.

Hi John!
I sent you the birth record on another Kerry Sullivan message that you had posted a comment. It was July 4, 1889 and I must have missed the record on my initial search. Let me know if you don't see the record.
