Hi, I'm looking for connections with Denis Edwards/McMahon (used both surnames as did his children) who married Honorah Stokes likely in Croagh and lived with their children in the Askeaton area in the mid-1800s. There are four known children born between the 1840s-60s - Michael, Margaret, unknown and Denis. The latter son Denis is our line. I've not been able to find anything on the senior Denis either his baptism or parents or what happened to his other children. A possible relative in Askeaton for the baptism of Michael was Mary Edwards. The Stokes side from Croagh but we don't know where the Edwards/McMahons were from.
