Trying to find a Patrick hogan. his son was George born 1843. George married Anne Hewitt in march 1867 in Newport nenagh
They lived in doonass and had eight children between 1870 and1884. Trying to find Georges father Patrick and who he was married to..Also cant find a death for George .His wife died in 1901 and was down as a widow. would love to find some more information. cheers Laraine

Root Ireland www.rootsireland.ie has a marriage record for a George Hogan who married Anne Hewitt - 1867 and a George Hogan, Church of Ireland, Modreeny who married Elizabeth Coughlan. There is a baptism for a George Hogan in Newport - 1844.

Thanks for the information. The George Hogan Anne Hewitt is the right person.Have their children. George is my husbands great grandfather .Am trying to find Georges death and who his parents were.I know his father was Patrick hogan.. georges last child was born in 1884 and Anne died 1901 and was a widow.
