Records advice?

Hi there! I noticed that the Dromcolliher parish records only go back to 1830. What other records are available before then?

John Winter(s), husband of Katherine Flynn, they married probably before 1825 when their son John was approximately born. John and Katherine were the parents of John, Patrick, Thomas, Charles, William, and Timothy. All boys! There were probably more than just these children. At least three of the sons ended up police constables in the London metropolitan area, so perhaps they all moved at some point after 1842 when Timothy was born in Dromcolliher.

Does anyone know about the Winter/Winters or Flynn families in Dromcolliher parish?
