Migrated to /Born in Canada
Born about 1816 in Killyman Parish (Tyrone or Amargh). Married Isabella Kane/Keane about 1838 in Killyman Parish; they had at least two children, Roseanne and Patrick in Ireland before migrating to Ontario, Canada. Their daughter Alice was born in Kingston, Ontario in 1851. There were probably two sons George and John born in Ontario as well. Patrick and George are said to have fought in the US Civil War. George spent his life as a laborer; there is some evidence he worked for the railroad in New York during the 1860-1870s. He disappears from census records by 1881.
