Hi, I am trying to confirm or rule out information I have regarding my great-grandfather Patrick J Bryan. I have information that his father was Patrick and his mother was Bridget Bermingham. I have some information pointing to his birth to be around 1855. One pointer was that he was from Narraghmore. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Kevin Shea

Hi Patricia, thank you for this. I had information about these siblings. I also have Bridget and those children in Jersey City. New Jersey, US in the 1880 census. However, I also have a Patrick Bryan listed as a son of the household. He was 25 or so in the 1880 census.
Is it common for all the others to be recorded and Patrick missed? I have many records of him here and his death certificate says his father was Patrick, mother Bridget Bermingham. His mother is buried in Calvary Cemetary in Queens. New York in a plot purchased by Patrick and also where Patrick is buried.
Why birth information about his siblings and not Patrick? Could he have been adopted or otherwise taken in from another family back in the mid 1850s?
Thanks,
