Seeking information about John Heffernon / Ifernain, born c. 1620 in County Clare, sailed to Jamestown Colony, Virginia, USA in 1655, with Sinclair or Sinkler Padgett, married Jane Fraser, died 1690 in Jamestown. Father of Charles Padgett Heffernon, William, James, Sarah and JohnHeffernon. Name on ship was spelled as John Heifer, passage paid by Sinclair Padgett. Would love to have more information on this ancestor, if any is available. Have read from online sources that some ancient Heffernon/Ifernain clan members were living around the Corofin and Limerick areas.
