I will be coming to Ireland and wanted to search the graveyards in Clonaslee Parish to see if I could find anything out about my Carroll, Nugent and Loughlan ancestors from the late 18th to early 19th century. I am wondering about the older graveyards from the 1775 to 1840 era. I would appreciate any info.
Thank you kindly.

If you have not done so already can you complete our form for your future trip to Ireland https://www.irelandxo.com/meet-and-greet Thanks!
Finding gravestones back to the first half of the 19th century and earlier is a difficult task particularly if your ancestors were Roman Catholic. Below are two links to FindaGrave sites for the Aghaboe and Clonaslee area.

Finally, Dr. Jane Lyons compiled a very large number of grave photographs. She was based in Co. Laois so you should find a lot of photographs of gravestones/markers in Co. Laois. https://www.from-ireland.net/county-laois-genealogy/
