Built by my great grandfather Michael J Nugent in 1895. It likely was built on the site of another older building built by his father or grandfather.
It was originally his plumber shop on street level. Rooms for living were on the upper floors. The building was later owned by another family whom lived upstairs and had a butcher shop on the street level for many years it has been a drug store and the upper floors are not occupied
