I am looking for any information on my ancestors from Kilmacow Kilkenny and Portlaw Waterford. Thomas King my gggrandfather b 1811 wed Mary Donovan b 1815 of Kilmacow in 1829. Does anyone have any information on her parents William and Bridget or Winifred Donovan. Thomas' parents were James King and Mary or Anty/Anastacia Fitzgerald. Not sure if they were from Portlaw or Kilmacow. Thomas had bother James b 1815 Mary b 1816 and Margaret b 1827. Do not have any information on James or Mary. There was a James King from Portlaw went to Charlottetown in Canada. Not sure if it is James born 1815. Margaret came out to Australia in 1849 as a Potato Famine Orphan. Thomas and Mary followed in 1854/55 with their children. There was a child born to Thomas and Mary male b and d 1846 Kilmacow. My ggrandfather James one of their children was baptised in Portlaw and one of his sponsors was a Mary King. Cannot find any information on Mary/Anty Fitzgerald either. Would appreciate any help.
