Hi, My John Britt was born approx. 1801 and married Ellen Tierney in 1834 in Portlaw, Co. Waterford. I have not found where he was from but many, many Britts in Thurles all the way down. They could be from Carrick-on-Suir or even Carrick Road in Portlaw, I'm not susre where Bansha Kilmoyler is but will certainly look it up. Ii believe his father was Patrick Britt because he named his first male child Patrick. Would like to hear from you. Thanks
