Daniel Murphy was my Great Grandfather, born in 1841 Married to his second wife Ellen Maloney 2nd December 1871.
Daniel died 31st January 1911 Rearour, Aherla, Cork
He was a head teacher at a school in Kilbonane, Ellen was also a teacher as was his 1st son Daniel, they had approx. 10 children.
Their son Timothy was born 24th September, married to Johanna (Hanna) Maher in Cashel Tipperary 10th July 1913. They had 5 children the youngest of which was Mary Ellen (Maureen) born 9th July 1926 in Ballinrush.
