Ardtermon Castle is located in the civil parish of Drumcliff in County Sligo.
The Castle was built around the year 1640.
It is not a castle in the true sense and is instead more correctly called a fortified house, as is more tyical of the late 17th century.
Extensions were put in place in 2003, but the castle still retains many of its original features, including a corner turret and bawn.
The Ardtermon Castle has been maintained to an excellent standard and is still in use today as a private residential property.
