This Malt House is located in Ballytramon in the civil parish of Ardcavan in County Wexford.
The Malt House was built around the year 1805, and records show that it was well established by 1840.
The building was one of a number of stores which belonged to a Mr. Patrick Breen (1771-1858).
Contemporary estimates suggested that the building was capable of holding up to 40,000 barrels of corn.
This building is still standing but has long been disused.
