I know almost nothing about Hugh Campbell's family in Ireland. I am in search of his parents' names and any siblings. Two places that might be looked at are County Tyrone and County Antrim. These two places appeared on two separate certificates. I believe he was born about 1830 and came to the U. S. about 1850. I can find no other Campbell in the city of New Orleans who connects to him as a sibling. The first he shows up is his marriage date of 3 April 1858 in New Orleans.
