Henry Donnelly was my G-G- Grandfather and was married to Helen Kerr. Although I have no evidence to support his place of birth, my research has taken me to Magherafelt or Kilcronaghan. Henry was a flesher and moved to the town of Barrhead in Renfrewshire, Scotland. His father was Thomas Donnelly who was married to Catherine Conway. I have a copy of Henry's death certificate, which supports the name of his parents. This is the only substantiated evidence in my possession.
Unsubstantiated research names Henry's grandfather, Henry Donnelly who was married to Anne Wisener. Henry had a brother who was Christopher Donnelly who was born in Dungannon, County Tyrone and who died in Missouri, USA.
I can find no death record of Henry's wife, Helen Kerr.
I realise this is a long shot but any snippet of information can be extremely helpful.
