James and Judy are my great-greatgrandparents. Eliza emigrated to Australia (date unknown) and married John Fenton in Mansfield, Victoria, in the 'Rites of the Roman Catholic Church' on September 9, 1868. On their marriage certificate, she is listed as 'Elizabeth', aged 29, born in Westmeath and her parents as James Doyle, Labourer, and Julia Doyle/Julia Mooney.
I can't find any information about James and Judith's ancestors and wondered if anyone had any suggestions about this. There appears to be no actual marriage certificate for them - only the record in the 'Ireland, Catholic Parish Registers, 1655-1915, for James Doyle, Meath > Rochfortbridge > 1816-1855'.
